Business Use Case
In Egnyte's AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) vertical, there is a heavy need to search though very large contracts for specific data. We used AI to extract importand data types for these contracts and then let end users decide if they want to templatize them, edit them or just reuse them for their needs. This feature also lets end users work with Egnyte's AI Copilot to do all sorts of other tasks. There is also a companion dashboard that lets end users consume data around all similar types of documents and attributes.
